Description

Diamond Brite Latex PVA Primer/Sealer is formulated with a small amount of rubber to smooth out small imperfections in new dry wall. This product dries semi-transparent. The purpose of a PVA Primer is to seal and prime for the surface to accept its first coat of paint. Do not confuse a PVA Primer with a stain-blocking primer. A PVA Primer will not hide stains, deep colors, and other significant marks on a previously painted surface because it is semi-transparent. Number one choice for new dry wall.

Diamond Brite Latex PVA Primer/Sealer is applicable to any surface that has new drywall and is commonly paired with latex paint. This product will average 250 square feet of coverage per gallon, and it takes up to 30 minutes to recoat. Priming the surface first can reduce the need for a second coat. Diamond Brite PVA Primer/Sealer 40100 will properly prepare the surface so that it is sealed.

Note: All Diamond Brite products are lead-free. All Diamond Brite products are formulated to brush, roll, or spray without thinning. We highly recommend the user choose an excellent quality paint brush or roller cover to achieve the best results.

Clean Up & Disposal

Use soap and water. Do not dispose of this product down a drain.

Storage:

Be certain that the groove on the top of the can is clean before inserting the lid to the container. Protect the product from freezing. If frozen, this product will not return to its original condition and is no longer usable. This product should be stored in a dry environment where temperature should exceed 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
